The candidate of Union Progreso y Democracia mayor of La Union, Juan José Gambín, denounces the lack of safety in the vicinity of the Feve Station.
He notes that "lack fencing must define the security perimeter, so any neighbor, including minors, can cross the track area, which can cause undesirable accidents."
In that sense, and to the general risk posed by installations, proposes a complete overhaul of the same security and invest in their maintenance.
Gambín raises the overall security fencing inspection and subsequent repair and cleaning of the railway, a conservation tasks they consider should not be a blip, "but sustained over time."
Finally, referring to the Feve line underlines its support "always promised but never fulfilled" project to bring the railway to Cabo de Palos.
Gambín ensures respect that "must be promoted from the regional government specific agreements with neighboring municipalities to create an efficient and productive railway branch on the west coast of the Mar Menor".
