Construction of Day Care Center of La Union in its final stage and after completion of the refurbishment of the exterior of the building, only remains the provision of facilities of the center.
This new infrastructure will provide health and social care to forty older people affected by different degrees of dependence.
The center is located between the streets and Del Pozo Del Salto unionense municipality an area of over 330 square meters with three floors of building in which different services are distributed.
On the ground floor there is access and building control, changing users, living room, dining room and kitchen and treatment room nursing and related to geriatric bath.
Moreover, on the first floor of the building, will house the administration area with two management offices and a boardroom, the area of general medicine and physiotherapy, next to the multipurpose room spa, and the area the nursing profession, staff changing rooms and multipurpose room and workshops.
The roof of the building is designed for walking, and recreational users.
The total project cost is 883,916 euros, of which the regional government through the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration provides a total of 662,937 euros.
It is expected that the opening of Day Care Center takes place after the end of the summer period.
