The Civic Center of Roldán reopened its doors to flamenco last Friday, October 4 with the first "Winter Gala" organized by the Peña Flamenca "Melón de Oro" and which featured the singing of Antonio Haya "El Jaro", Antonio García "El Califa" accompanied by Antonio Miguélez.
After the welcome and opening of the new season by the host, Luis Terry, in which we continue celebrating the 40th anniversary of our festival, flamenco flew high with two great voices.
Antonio García "El Califa" started by snails to continue by soleá and close the first part of his performance by tangos.
Then "El Jaro" became the owner of the night with his powerful and deep singing, taking us through Malaga with abandolaos, joys and vidalita.
Good start they offered.
Back "El Califa" to the tables of the Civic Center of Roldán, he offered his singing for Lucena fandangos with abandolao, granaína and media and Colombian.
On an evening of orthodox flamenco, Antonio Haya "El Jaro", began the second part of his performance, by taranta, to snatch the ferreño public for tangos and close jondo for seguiriyas.
The closing of the night came by personal fandangos with the three artists on stage again removing the pillars of flamenco from Lo Ferro.
