The Mayor of La Unión, yesterday met urgently with the Local Security Board (Councilors, Local Police, Civil Guard and Civil Protection) to coordinate the actions being carried out in the Municipality of La Unión in application of the measures adopted by the Alarm State.
As for the indications given by the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia, the Mayor met this morning with the Manager of the Murcian Health Service of Area II and with the other councilors of the Municipalities of the area that are part of this area.
The Manager of area II of the SMS, has transmitted the measures that are going to begin to be adopted in the Primary Care Centers to offer better assistance to users and above all to protect health professionals, among which are the closure of Some Clinics, in the case of our Municipality, has been Roche.
The purpose is to bring together in the Health Centers, all the material and human resources, being able to open even Saturdays and Sundays.
In addition, it has transmitted to them that since the Region is experiencing an increase in the number of confirmed cases, the organizational measures in the Health Centers have been modified in order to contain the spread of Covid-19 and protect health personnel .
Once again we want to thank the collaboration of citizens and ask them for responsibility in this critical situation for the population, thus helping to protect our toilets.
