PEDRO L PEZ MIL N, MAYOR- PRESIDENT OF THE EXCELLENT CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNI N MAKE IT KNOWN That Royal Decree 926/2020, of October 25, by which the state of alarm is declared, establishes the general framework of action for all territorial Administrations that enables the adoption of restrictive measures offering legal coverage enough and stable dica. That the Order of December 13, 2020 from the CARM Health Council, establishes the health alert levels for COVID-19 in the Region of Murcia, as well as the general and sectoral measures applicable to the different sectors of activity and Municipalities in attention to the level of alert existing at all times. That being close to the Christmas Holidays and given the current situation of increased infections both in the Region and in our Municipality and to prevent the figures from continuing to increase in the coming days, from the City Council of La Union wants to appeal to the responsibility of the Hospitality and Catering sector and of all our citizens to comply with the measures and recommendations of a general nature applicable to the entire Region and with the measures applicable individually for each Municipality, depending on the level of health alert. Therefore, everyone is reminded that: Citizens will endeavor to limit social contacts outside of stable coexistence groups as much as possible. It is recommended that the population stay as long as possible in their homes, limiting outings, except for the performance of essential activities. HOSTELERY AND RESTAURANT ESTABLISHMENTS In the hotel and catering establishments, the use of the mask will be mandatory, and it can only be removed for the intake of food or beverages. The hotel and restaurant establishments must designate a COVID manager, responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene and prevention measures. The consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the public street, as well as the realization of bottles, spontaneous parties and in general any non-regulated activity, in public or private spaces, that involve crowds and are not authorized. The maximum occupancy allowed inside the premises will be 50 percent of its capacity. Smoking may not be allowed on the hotel and restaurant terraces when a minimum interpersonal distance of at least 2 meters cannot be respected. The maximum occupancy allowed on the terraces of these establishments will be the total authorized, provided it is possible to respect the safety distance. Bar service will not be allowed. The service will be provided with customers seated at tables, guaranteeing a safety distance of 1.5 meters between the closest chairs used by each table and with a maximum of six people for each one of the tables.
