The ARRU presented in The Union (17/05/2016)

The Mayor of La Union, Pedro Lopez Milan, along with the Town Planning Councillor, Ricardo Marble, the General Director of Housing and Planning of the CARM, Nuria Fuentes and Deputy Director of Housing, Catherine Simon, presented in the Hall of City Hall, the program adequacy urban regeneration and rehabilitation (ARRU).

In the presentation to all residents and communities of owners and professionals interested in this project he was invited to explain what it is and solve any doubts they had about it.

The Planning Department has been working on this project since last July, for what has been holding meetings with neighborhood associations, business associations and communities of owners in the municipality.

It has also created the web www.planrehabilita.es in which it is reported in a comprehensive manner the goals and potential beneficiaries of this aid scheme.

Regarding this project, which is within the plan 2013-2016 of the Directorate General of Housing and Planning of the CARM, he had not made any action, which was a detriment to the neighbors who could not accommodate this plan in previous years.

It was from July last year when from the Department of Planning, headed Ricardo Marble, began to work on this important project for the people who can benefit from economic aid of up to 47% of the amount of works they perform.

In addition, as the Mayor, this program adequacy urban regeneration and rehabilitation (ARRU), said a benefit for both neighbors and for the economic recovery of businesses related to construction sector.
