The Mayor of La Union, Pedro Lopez Milan, received this morning the Minister of Family and Equality, Violante Thomas in the Day Care Center.
The Mayor and the Minister along with councilors of the government team, visited the facilities of the building which currently has 20 seats.
The public opening of the Day Care Centre was an urgent need that had to be solved as it was closed for construction, so the government team set to work on this issue since coming to City Hall last year, getting resolve this situation and thus to open the center providing coverage to all those who need these services.
In addition, the Mayor has asked the Minister to the extent possible, go offering more seats to meet the needs of the municipality.
