The great success in the yacht club regatta Portman (15/06/2011)

The Union, June 15, 2011.

Over 40 boats participated last cruise type 4 and June 5 at the third edition of Race Cartagena - Portman, organized by the Yacht Club Portman.

The races took place normally and could enjoy 2 great days of sailing thanks to very favorable weather conditions, which allowed to see plenty of white candles in our bay.

Our mayor, Francisco Bernabé, thanked the President of the Yacht Club Portman, Bert Isaac, and his entire board of directors for the success of this competition, scoring for Spain Sailing Cup, as well as for the magnificent work of this institution for promotion of sports, and will be continued this summer with a lateen sail race.
