The Minister of the Presidency of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, Manuel Campos, has had a meeting with our Mayor Francisco Bernabé, who has come along to it with the mayors M ª Dolores Barrionuevo Alvarez and Rosa Pagan Lopez, Councillor Hiring and Human Services, respectively.
During the meeting the Minister expressed strong support to the Mayor of his Ministry to the various initiatives that arise from La Union, particularly the large Regeneration Project Portman Bay and construction of the new marina in the the Directorate General of Environment under the Ministry of the Presidency, develops an essential role.
Also, Fields is committed to continue to support improvement plans to the Local Police and Civil Protection of our municipality as well as active policies in the prevention of gender violence and the promotion of youth activity.
Finally, the Director has also offered its support to our City Council to advise on economic matters during the serious crisis that is hurting at all levels, praising in this sense the seriousness and rigor of economic proposals that the City is taking to make viable the Consistory.
