A total of twenty companies in the construction sector have submitted tenders for the implementation of new public school kindergartens and elementary schools to be built in La Union.
This week, the Committee shall have proceeded to the opening of tender envelopes to verify the submission of the required administrative documentation.
In the coming weeks a the opening of the technical and economic proposals presented, in order to determine which is the most advantageous to the municipality.
The award is scheduled to take place before Easter, in order that work can begin next spring.
These works of the new center has a budget of 804.
990.49 euros for the implementation of the six kindergarten classrooms with going to count.
In a second phase the Autonomous tender the construction of another twelve classrooms for primary education, as well as other common facilities, totaling more than two million euros.
