Last night, before the doors of the House of Pinon, took place the traditional act of The Call, which like all Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent and Holy Week events.
For this reason the Big Brother of the Brotherhood of Christ of Miners, Sunday Alajarin, asked permission to take the traditional processions on the street, evidently was awarded by our mayor, Francisco Bernabé.
After that, the nearly 200 people gathered parade moved to the shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary, where the Pastor and Chaplain of the Brotherhood, Antonio Jose Carbonero, imposed ashes on the foreheads of all those present.
The ceremony was also attended by all councilors of the government team, the officers of the Brotherhood and the Presidents of Associations accompanied by their respective boards of directors.
The next March 10 will take place in the halls of the Villa Mayor presenting the poster at this Easter.
