Yesterday began the course "The Waiter: A leading travel agent", organized by the Tourist Centre and HE Qualification.

City of La Union, and is sponsored by the Banco Sabadell Cam.

The aim is the same as the bar room and professional techniques and acquire skills to better meet customer needs, raising awareness among participants of the importance of tourism in the Region of Murcia.

Within the contents, will provide training in Customer Care, Service Protocol, wine tasting, etc..

The course takes place over a week at the headquarters of the Youth Space, and lasts 24 hours.

The course is free and have enrolled in it a total of 25 professionals.
