More than 1,500 people, according to estimates by the Brotherhood and the local police, have accompanied the Christ of the Cross Mine in Penitential along the Sierra, starting from the Mina Groups Vicenta and arriving at the Church of the Rosary.
The Way of the Cross, which this year has reached its third edition, has been chaired by Francisco Celdran, Son of the Union and President of the Regional Assembly, by the Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, and Brother of the Guild Holy Christ of Miners, Sunday Alajarín.
Next to them, all of Aldermen of the City Government Team, the officers of the Brotherhood, the Presidents of the seven clusters, and their respective boards of directors, and a host of brothers and faithful who wanted to show their fervently to the Lord of the Mine.
The Union has once again highlighted the passion for the Patron of Miners, which this year celebrates its centenary in 2013, why the Mayor proposed appointment as Son of the Union.
