On Sunday the towns of La Union lived their traditional processions of Palma, which participated actively or as spectators a large number of citizens of the municipality.

At 8.30 am in the morning left the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, in The Garbanzal, the procession of La Union, which had its end point at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, which then held a Eucharist.

In Portman's Palm Sunday procession began at 12 noon and, after touring the main streets of the town center, was completed in the St. James Church, where the Mass was held.
