The Union yesterday morning enjoyed a beautiful procession of Corpus Christi, who first joined the Parish of Our Lady of the Rosary with the Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows, in a route that passed along the streets Numancia, Mayor, Seventh of March, Jacinto Conesa, Real and Murcia, to the Garbanzal.
The Blessed Sacrament under a canopy that procesionó being carried by the heads of both parishes was escorted by hundreds of faithful and children this year have made their First Communion, as well as by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, accompanied by Councillors Team, and Brother of the Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of Miners, Sunday Alajarín, along with the Presidents of the Groupings of Holy Week and other officers of the Brotherhood.
A gorgeous spring morning and the sounds played by the Band of the musical group The Union, together with the beauty of the altars arranged along the way, helped make even more welcome demonstration of faith and religiosity unionenses.
