Our town has a new sports club, the club mountain biking MTB Mar Menor - La Union, in just two months of existence has already reached over seventy partners sports lovers of two wheels, the vast majority of them living in our town.
The presentation of the new club has matched the headquarters that the city has given him, located in the former municipal nursery, which has been conditioned by the components of the entity to host their meetings and business meetings.
The inauguration of the premises was handled by our mayor, Francisco Bernabé, the President of the Cycling Federation of the Region of Murcia, Jose Lopez, and the President of the club, Matias Carrillo, all of whom expressed their desire for human and sporting success to the new entity and its partners.
The MTB Mar Menor - La Union is scheduled to participate in several official competitions of mountain biking and even organizing a big test in the Sierra Minera, which is already starting to prepare with the intention of it becoming one of the most important of the circuit by the spectacular beauty of our landscapes.
