The Restaurant The vinegar maker, dean of the unionense hospitality establishment founded in 1910, has been honored by the prestigious Repsol Guide as "Recommended Establishment" to enjoy your food.
This is the first time a landlord local La Union becomes entitled to this reference, which in practice is equivalent to situate our town into tourist routes recommended by this Guide, a benchmark for travelers to our country.
The Repsol Guide now has more than 5 million copies in its 35 years, since the first in 1979 was published, then called Village Voice.
The 2014 edition, smaller and manageable, separated into three volumes, presents 34 new culinary paths, two from each region, and distinguishes eight chefs from as many restaurants with the three Repsol Suns, the highest category.
