The new facilities of the diagram Sociosanitaria Residence Foundation is building in La Union advancing at a good pace and meeting the time originally planned.

This has been proven our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, and the President of the entity, Legaz Francisco, who visited the works accompanied by the Director General of Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia, Alejandro Zamora, several councilors Team Government and staff of that institution.

The center, which is being developed sequentially in four phases, will when it is fully completed over 10,000 m2 built several buildings and 3,500 m2 of green areas, with the goal of having 220 people at the resort will be able to harbor, enjoy a comprehensive geriatric care in a cozy space where they can walk and outdoor activities.

Currently, Diagram Foundation is finalizing the details of implementation of the main building, corresponding to the first phase of the project, which will feature about 5,500 m2, which includes the construction of common areas, facilities for treatment services, rehabilitation and care and rooms for residents, with capacity for 100 people with different profiles and levels of dependence.

So the people served receive all the care they need to improve their quality of life and promote their autonomy, thanks to the work of the professionals and Foundation Diagram collaboration of Regional Administration and the City of La Union.

This entire project, will result in the creation of 100 direct jobs.

Both the construction and operation of the center itself, it has had and will have professionals, companies and local suppliers.

The entire project involves an investment of 8 and a half million euros, entirely produced by the diagram Foundation.

Thanks to its modular design, the building included in the first phase is under construction and will be completed in May, will involve an investment of about four million, and will create approximately 50 direct jobs from next summer.

This sequential approach construction, the Centre may be tailored to the needs of the town and the region may have residential places of this type, so as to ensure availability, proper care of the residents and the highest quality service.

Understanding this first phase the construction of service facilities and common areas, each of the modules built in subsequent phases, will focus only on the creation of residential area, which will shorten the time between the construction and the provision of service and tailor each module needs new users submit.
