This morning was presented at the City of La Union the third edition of Portman Bay Triathlon, to be held in this seaside town on Sunday May 11.
The presentation has been done by our Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, President of the Yacht Club of Portman, Blas Isaac, in his capacity as organizers of the event as well as the President of the Federation of Triathlon in the Region of Murcia, Diego Calvo The triple world champion triathlete, Ricardo Marín and the Councillor for Sports, Laura Vicente.
Registrations can be formalized until next May 8 at www.ayto-launion.org/blogs/triatlonportman, provided the phone 656 359 279 for any further information required.
In the previous edition of this event is attended by 180 athletes, all of whom unanimously agreed to highlight the superb organization and spectacle of a tour that combines perfectly the blue Mediterranean Sea with ocher and gray the Sierra Minera, and why this year is exceeded by more than 200 the number of athletes entered.
It is reported that from Sunday morning traffic will be closed to the national highway N-345 which runs from La Esperanza to Portman connection with the holding of the trial.
