This morning was presented the fourth edition of the University Congress Flamenco and Spanish Dance Dance, to be held in Murcia 21 to July 25 next, within the official program of the International Flamencology Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) and the Fundación del Cante de las Minas.
Congress will have a luxury address, nothing less than the dancer and choreographer Marco Flores, National Award for Flamenco dancing will be responsible for delivering dance classes during those five days, which certainly will encourage attendance a large number of participants to enjoy their teaching.
Dance activities held in the morning, with practical workshops on choreography and technique of flamenco dancing by Taranto, and afternoon lectures, visits and panel discussions on current issues in the world of Spanish dance.
The course was presented by the President of the Catholic University of Murcia, José Luis Mendoza, by the Director General of Universities of the Region of Murcia, Luis Javier Lozano, and the Mayor of La Union and Executive Chairman of the Foundation Sing Mine, Francisco Bernabé, as representatives of the organizers of this activity, which was also developed in collaboration with the Conservatory of Dance in Murcia.
The venue of the Congress will be the UCAM Sports Center, located at the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) and the registration period is open until July 4.
