The Mayor of La Union and Executive Chairman of the Foundation Cante de las Minas, Julio Garcia, Ambassador of Japan in Spain, Kazuhiko Koshikawa, and the CEO of Las Minas Flamenco Tour, Aurelio Solana, presented this morning at the headquarters of Japan's embassy in Madrid Flamenco Art Contest of Las Minas Flamenco Tour, hand Maruwa Foundation.

This Festival, dedicated to dance, will take place on 15 and 16 March at the Metropolitan Museum of Tokyo.

Also, the 16th will be a flamenco gala composed of the winners of our Festival at the Cervantes Institute in Tokyo.

The winner of the Festival will participate in the semifinals of the 55th International Festival of Cante de las Minas that this year will take place from 5 to 15 August in La Union.

To mark the fourth anniversary of the tragedy of the tsunami happened in Japan, has held a minute's silence in memory of the victims of this tragic event.
