On Saturday, in a crowded public market of La Union, Cartagena ASID Association organized a parade of children's fashion to benefit the Down Syndrome Association, which brought together many unionenses and caring people who showed their support to that entity.
Our Mayor, Julio García, accompanied by the councilors of the government team, accompanied the members of ASID Association and together with the President of the Association ASID, Juan Carrasco, thanked the attendees for their cooperation and solidarity.
The money raised will go to The various meetings of treatment that children with Down syndrome need to have the precise skills that allow them to be included in school, in the neighborhood and in their daily family.
The ASID Association wishes to thank the more than 50 establishments in La Union who have contributed valuable gifts, which were the basis of the raffle held as well as the selfless and altruistic collaboration of the School of Dance Laura Tardido.
