The Department of Social Services will arrange for rental assistance to those who request it, according to the Order of December 21, 2015 of the CARM.
The aid is dedicated to finance part of the rent to be paid by the tenants.
Specifically up to 40% of the annual income of the residence with a maximum monthly limit of 200 € and 2,400 € per year.
Beneficiaries may be the adults who hold or will sign a lease for housing, lasting not less than one year individuals.
The aid will be granted for a maximum period of twelve months and the deadline to perceive is until the end of the year.
The processing of applications can be made until February 29 from Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 to 13:00 hours in the Social Services Building (Old Slaughterhouse).
The Councillor for Social Services, Carmen Riquelme wants with this management, that aid can reach the majority of people who may need, providing guidance and processing through social workers.
