The Governing Council of the Community of Murcia is scheduled to hold its morning session Friday, May 23, 2008, in the municipality of La Union.
Government members will be welcomed by the mayor unionense, Francisco Martin Bernabe Perez, starting at 9:30 pm in the House Pinion 'official site for the City Council.
The regional government know first hand the major issues relating to their respective municipal departments, as usual when in session outside the Palacio de San Esteban, Murcia, Office of the President of the Community.
This occurred during the current legislature in Lorca, Alguazas and Yecla.
On this occasion, the agenda of the meeting are various conventions and subsidies on Agriculture and Water, Health and Culture, Youth and Sports, among others.
The Minister of the Presidency and government spokesman, Juan Antonio De Heras, with Mayor La Union, Francisco Martín Barnabas will give a press conference to give an account of the issues discussed at the meeting of the Governing Council.
