Note from PSOE:
The Central Electoral Board of the Cartagena area has issued two rulings in favor of two complaints filed by the PSRM-PSOE.
Specifically, the first complaint sought, as contained in a letter submitted to the electoral area by the legal services of the Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia, an order for the municipality of La Union to withdraw the tents that had been installed in the Plaza de Joaquín Costa.
This decision reflects the fact that already existed before, another decision of the Electoral Board itself, of 20 May 2009 which gave the same space for holding an election rally of the PSOE, for today 27 May.

Moreover, the PSOE also presented PSRM-written by seeking to suspend the act of laying the first stone, by the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, construction of the new center breaks Senior day, the celebration was scheduled for today at 12 noon.
