The Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, and the Minister of Economy and Finance, Inmaculada García, presided the opening of the Fair Information Society in the Region of Murcia in La Union, to be located in the Plaza Joaquín Costa of the town until 31 May from 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.
SICARM Fair of itinerant journey through different parts of the Region of Murcia, is in La Union last location and technology demonstrations will be aimed at citizens.
The Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, has invited all citizens to "visit this important technology event to enjoy the latest advances in computing and telecommunications."
For its part, the Minister of Economy and Finance, said that "the success of the Fair notes the commitment of the Autonomous Region with the Information Society and New Technologies."
This event displays the latest technological developments in computing and telecommunications.
Its primary objective is to facilitate the incorporation of new technologies to different areas of society Murcia.
The SICARM is part of the Third Plan for the Development of Information Society 2008-2010, regióndemurciaSI.
The celebration of SICARM in The Union intends to bring new technologies in a playful and fun through educational workshops (focused on electronic services, leisure and entertainment, computer and Internet security, among others) puppet shows and contests.
For its part, holding the puppet theater is intended for smaller to guide them on issues related to Internet and New Technologies.
The performances will be held in the plaza Joaquin Costa 28 and 29 May from 12:00.
