Local Government Board has approved the project to refurbish and improve the Avenue of The Stiletto, in the section between the new roundabouts in the cemetery and the sports center.

The book provides an estimated budget of 120,000 euros and foresees the renovation of the asphalt and sidewalks, the construction of a central median with palm trees and new signs.

In short term, commented the Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, it also plans to build a bike path linking the Place de La Esperanza, in the municipal boundary with the end of Cartagena with the crossing of Sports, so that that section of the old national road and 332 will be configured as a street of the town.
