The main creative country discover the wonders of the mine Groups Vicenta (12/02/2010)

About 100 advertisers creative field of marketing and advertising, participants of the second edition of the Day A, visited last Thursday, accompanied by the Mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, known locally for the Mining Park and, in a way especially mine "Group Vicenta.

A Day to be held in Cartagena until tomorrow, is a meeting organized by the Club for Creatives between advertisers and creative about the challenge that unites them: to better communication.

The Mayor, Francisco Bernabé, presented to the attendees the draft Mining Park of La Union in a visual presentation in the City Hall of La Union.

The Mining Park complex occupies a total of 50,000 square meters in the foothills of the Sierra Minera and the same will have a mining train that moves to tourists throughout the different spaces that are intended to visit.

Specifically, the Park provides for the rehabilitation and musealization of Road 33, former gateway to the mining operations through the Sierra and links with Portman Union and the Mediterranean Sea, a kiln, a few magazines, of a vein of tin ore in a laundry, a raft of sludge from the mine "Paul and Virginia", which has acted outside its facilities, and spectacular mine "Group Vicenta.

Participants then performed a Day A visit to the mine "Group Vicenta.

The mine dates back to 1869 and their recovery has become a unique and magical, absolutely different.

Its more than four thousand square meters open to the public, more than eighty feet deep, making it one of the mines visited largest in Europe, along one of the most impressive and unique in its vaults for more than eight feet, its huge galleries, special columns and its underground lake red water due to the pyrite.

The visit ended with a flamenco performance inside the mine by the Granada singer Juan Pinilla, Lamp Minera del Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas in 2007.

This second edition of Day to be held in Cartagena on the initiative of the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
