The managing director of the Housing and Land Institute (IVS), Jane Brown, accompanied by the mayor of La Union, Francisco Bernabé, today visited the rehabilitation of the regional public park homes in the town, actions included in the Plan 'Repair 'the regional government.

In total more than 850 homes were rehabilitated in 2009 in the municipalities of Cartagena, Caravaca de la Cruz, Cehegín, Cieza, Molina and Puerto Lumbreras.
In addition, through the 'Repair' 2010, 609 buildings are being remodeled in Abanilla, Sewer, Alhama, Blanca, Calasparra, Cartagena, Ceuta, Lorca Puerto Lumbreras and Villanueva del Río Segura.
